Terms & Conditions – Georgie’s Bunker

Welcome to Georgie’s Bunker! By visiting our venue, booking a simulator, signing up for a membership, or participating in an event, you agree to the following terms. Our goal is to make sure everyone has a safe, enjoyable, and fair experience.

1. Bookings & Reservations

  • All simulator and event bookings require payment or a valid membership at the time of reservation.
  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund or credit. Cancellations within 24 hours may be charged in full.
  • Georgie’s Bunker may adjust or cancel reservations due to maintenance, technical issues, or unforeseen events.

2. Memberships

  • Memberships are for the named member only and cannot be transferred or shared unless stated in your plan.
  • Monthly memberships are billed automatically until canceled. You may cancel with at least 14 days’ notice before your next billing date.
  • We may adjust membership pricing, benefits, or terms with reasonable notice.

3. Events & Tournaments

  • Event and tournament entry fees are non-refundable unless Georgie’s Bunker cancels the event.
  • We may adjust formats, rules, and prize structures at our discretion.
  • Players must follow rules of fair play and good sportsmanship; violations may result in removal without refund.

4. Code of Conduct

  • Treat other guests, staff, and property with respect at all times.
  • Abusive, disruptive, or unsafe behavior may result in immediate removal without refund.
  • Guests are responsible for any damage to equipment or property caused by negligence or misuse.

5. Alcohol & Food

  • Guests must be 21+ to purchase or consume alcohol. Valid ID is required.
  • We may refuse alcohol service to anyone who appears intoxicated.

6. Assumption of Risk & Liability

  • Golf activities carry inherent risks. By participating, you accept responsibility for any injuries or property damage that may occur.
  • Georgie’s Bunker is not liable for accidents, injuries, or lost/stolen items except where prohibited by law.

7. Photography & Marketing

  • By entering Georgie’s Bunker, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes, unless you request otherwise in writing.

8. Website & Digital Content Use

  • You may use our website and digital content to learn about, book, and engage with Georgie’s Bunker’s services.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content, branding, or images for unrelated commercial purposes without our written consent.

9. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
